TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Promoter and data controller: Wasabi Unit 5, Origin Business Park, Rainsford Rd, London NW10 7FW

Eligibility:

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary. Participants must retain proof of purchase and packaging (showing batch code and barcode) for winner verification clearly showing date of purchase within the Promotional Period.
3. Internet access required.
4. A maximum of 1 entry will be accepted per person per day (Main Promotion Period) and maximum one entry per person during the Wrap Up Draw Promotion Period.
5. Maximum of one prize value per person and one of each prize value per bank account in the Main Promotion Period. Maximum of one prize per person in the Wrap Up Draw.
6. Main Promotion Period: The Main Promotion Period opens at 09:00 on 26.01.26 and closes 23.59 on 18.03.26. Purchases must be made and entries received by the Promoter within this period to participate in the promotion. Any entries received after the close of the Main Promotion Period will be allocated to the Wrap Up Draw.
7. Wrap Up Promotion Period: There will be a Wrap Up Draw on 20.04.26 from all valid entries received between 00:00 on 19.03.26. and 23:59 on 17.04.26. Any entries received after the close of the Wrap Up Promotion Period will not be accepted.

8. To enter the Online Instant Win or the Wrap Up Draw participants must purchase a Wasabi ‘Lucky Dinners’ promotional product during the Main Promotion Period or the Wrap Up Promotion Period. Wasabi products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last and are listed below:

9. Participants are then required to visit www.wasabiwin.co.uk enter name, email address, mobile number, batch code from front of pack and four randomised digits from the barcode to play the ‘lucky red envelope’ game.
10. All entries received during the Wrap Up Promotion Period will be submitted into the Wrap Up Draw.
11. Entry requires the purchase of a Wasabi promotional product (as per Clause 8). Entrants must retain product packaging with the batch code and barcode and proof of purchase dated within the Main Promotion Period or the Wrap Up Promotion Period for each individual entry, as they may be required for verification in the event of a win. Please note proofs of purchase must pre-date the entry. In the event of multiple entries from the same participant, the Promoter reserves the right to request product packaging and proof of purchase for each entry.
12. Only genuine batch codes and barcodes printed on pack can be used. Batch codes and barcodes cannot be sold or transferred. Any attempts to undermine the use of genuine batch codes and barcodes in this Promotion will mean disqualification of entry.
13. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
14. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or invalid entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
15. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who made an entry on some else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

There is no alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize is not transferable. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion.

Main Promotion Period Online Instant Winner Selection, Notification and Claim

19. During the Main Promotion Period, 457 winning moments have been randomly pre-selected (hours, minutes, seconds) via a secure, independently verified computer algorithm. The first entrant that enters on or after one of these winning moments will win a prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the prize from that winning moment will be rolled over into the next winning moment and be available to be won then. No guarantee all prizes will be won in the Main Promotion Period if enough entries are not received. If no entries are received during the final winning moment any prizes available to be won during that winning moment will be rolled over into the Wrap Up Draw.
20. If an entrant does not successfully win a prize via the winning moments process in clause 19 they will automatically be eligible for the winning numbers process.
21. During the Main Promotion period a further 5,554 winning numbers have been randomly pre-selected via a secure, independently verified computer algorithm. For every entry during the Main Promotion which doesn’t win a winning moments prize, a random number between 1 and 3.2 million (the total number of promotional packs available) will be allocated. If this matches a winning number the prize allocated to that winning number will be awarded. No guarantee all prizes allocated to winning numbers will be won. All remaining prizes not won or any prizes that remain unclaimed at the close of the Main Promotion Period will be declared null and void.
22. Online instant winners will be notified instantly on-screen followed by a text message to the mobile phone number they submitted upon entry within 24 hours of the on-screen notification. This text message will include a unique claim link to access. Winners will be required to complete the form accessed through the unique claim link within 14 days of the notifying text message to receive their prize, and will include instructions on sending proof of purchase for verification, along with details of a UK bank account so that the prize can be paid into this account. Winners of the £888 prize will also be requested to upload proof of ID confirming that they are 18+.
23. Winners will receive their prize payments via bank transfer within 28 days of a valid claim and completion of the verification process. Winners must provide their UK bank account number and sort code. Bank details supplied must be in the winner’s name.
24. In the event that a winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of the notifying text message, rejects the prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.

Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection, Notification & Claim

25. There will be a maximum of 1 x £88 and 7 x £8 available to be won in the Wrap Up Draw along with any unclaimed Winning Moments prizes . Winners will be randomly drawn by computer process from all entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period within 2 working days of the end of the Wrap Up Promotion Period.
26. The winner of the 1 x £88 and 7 x £8 will be drawn first. Winners of any rolled over Online Instant Winning Moments prizes will be drawn next, in value order
27. The provisional winners will be notified by text message to the mobile phone number submitted upon entry, within 7 days of the draw. This text message will include a unique claim link to access. The winner will be required to complete the form accessed through the unique claim link within 14 days of the notifying text message to receive their prize and will include instructions on sending proof of purchase for verification and details of a UK bank account so that their prize can be paid into this account.
28. Winners will receive their prize payments via bank transfer within 28 days of a valid claim. Winners must provide their UK bank account number and sort code. Bank details supplied must be in the winner’s name.
29. In the event that the provisional winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of the notifying text message, rejects the prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner and contact a reserve as a provisional winner who will have the same timeframes to complete the same process. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.

General Information

30. It is the responsibility of all entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time to check if they are a winner.
    It remains the sole responsibility of the winners of any prize to check their messages and emails (including junk/spam) to ensure they are in receipt of any communications sent to them.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for images of product packaging including batch code and proof of purchase and ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of government issued identification clearly stating the winner’s date of birth) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
32. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and on acceptance of a prize. The Promoter shall not be held responsible for any individuals (either winners or entrants) failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of any prize.
33. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all Promotion matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
34. A list of the £888 winners’ surnames and their counties of residence will be available by emailing hi@wasabi.uk.com within 3 months of the Main Promotional Period closing with “Wasabi Lucky Dinners Prize Winners” in the subject header. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting hi@wasabi.uk.com The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority or other regulatory body with the power to require such disclosure if required to do so.
35. Winners may be requested to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this Promotion. The Promoter may request to use the winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity, but such use is made only after express written consent from the winner.
36. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions and invalidate any affected entries, at any stage. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
37. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
38. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the Promotion.
39. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any website referred to in these Terms and Conditions and shall not be held responsible for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
40. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Promotion parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate entries, or for any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion;
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
    4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to entrants’ computers or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

Promotion

41. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
42. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English and Welsh law and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts, unless the entrant is resident in the Republic of Ireland, in which case the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have jurisdiction.
43. By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the secure transfer of their personal data to the Promoter and/or its agents for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. The personal data of residents of the United Kingdom is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.
